CANDLE CONCENTRATION MEDITATION EXERCISE

This exercise helps with all areas of life.
By doing this simple meditation once a day,
for ten minutes a day, you can find a deeper sense of self, gain stronger focus and attention, and obtain a better attitude in your every day life.
This is an excellent natural cure for those who suffer from Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). This exercise is also beneficial for avoiding dementia or memory loss. There have been cases of people with onset dementia regain their life and become fully functioning again.

The background music is overlapped with binaural frequencies. By wearing headphones or ear buds, at a comfortable volume, this music will also help allow the listener to gain better focus and
concentration.

This session also helps to have a deeper focus during other sessions.
