 Best results when used daily, at the same time each day, typically while laying down for a good night's sleep. Your sleeping hours are the best hours for the subconscious mind to absorb affirmations and hypnotic suggestions through guided self meditation, but also please remember to get a healthy amount of sleep each night without any disturbances including the television or radio, as this important for your subconscious to be able to absorb and reflect in silence with very dim or no lightening, in order to better do what it needs to do in the background while your conscious mind rests and recharges more Each day, every day. Routinely practice slow and steady deep breathing through the nose, in and out, taking the oxygen into the lower abdomen as you relax the stomach muscles and exhaling the air back out through the nose, slowly & comfortably tighten the stomach muscles. AIR IN THRU NOSE 👃 = RELAX, AIR OUT THRU NOSE 👃 = Slowly Tighten Muscles (DO NOT FORCE IT as this is a slow and steady, relaxing breathing process that can replace your every day breathing habits if you allow it. It allows oxygen to go to the brain and blood and organs in order to make the body do what it is supposed to do more properly. Please do not listen to this session or any hypnosis session while driving or operating heavy machinery. All hypnosis is SELF-HYPNOSIS. There is no hypnosis available that will change you or brainwash you in any way unless of course, you want a change to take place. You are the only one that can allow a change to take place. Your subconscious mind is always seeking to protect you.
